This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. You should review this Agreement prior to each use of ActionWeb products and services.
The products, services, content, graphics, design, and other matters related to ActionWeb are protected under applicable copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such matters or any part of ActionWeb web site is strictly prohibited except by special agreement between ActionWeb and you. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, product or other matters viewed and delivered through ActionWeb except for your own web site delivered to you by ActionWeb. All the copyrights for ActionWeb products as stated in actionweb.cc Terms of Use are reserved.
1) ActionWeb is only responsible for implementing the project as specified in interview and project description. If the customer wishes to make additional changes he should request an additional quote, otherwise he agrees to accept the running result.
2) ActionWeb has a right to cancel the order in the following cases:
a) The client does not give ActionWeb all the data necessary for customization;
b) The client demands unreasonable revision of the order.
c) ActionWeb billing officers suspect the payment to be fraud.
3) ActionWeb has the right to set an extra price quote if the client wishes to make additional project changes which were not stipulated before and were not stated in the project description.
4) ActionWeb does not guarantee to complete tuning to schedule specified prior to the begining of developement. Breaks in production may happen because of customer's activity (i.e. the client doesn't give ActionWeb all the data necessary for customization or gives false contacts).
5) ActionWeb has a right to request authentication of the cardholder (such as a scanned image of the credit card without its numbers and credit card statement) if ActionWeb billing officers suspect the payment to be fraud.
6) As soon as the customer accepts the result the project is considered to be implemented successfully and isn't to be reviewed or revised.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Since ActionWeb.cc is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is published on the Internet, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
Privacy Policy
ActionWeb pledges that the information you enter will not be shared with any outside party without your expressed consent (does not include fraud cases) and that any e-mails you receive from ActionWeb will be related to your order.
Electronic Signatures and Agreements
You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the buttons labeled "SUBMIT", "DOWNLOAD", "I ACCEPT" or such similar links as may be designated by ActionWeb to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by this Agreement. Pursuant to any applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THE ACTIONWEB PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records.
